state areas. Data received by Realtor.com is placed on their
site and in their format. We do not control their format or
layout of the ad or certain information fields. Also that AOL
at this time works with Realtor.com and homes in Realtor.com
show on AOL, and we do not guarantee your home showing in AOL,
just in Realtor.com. If a home is sold by a Florida realtor,
then Prestigious Homes Realty will pay the $10 dollar
commission . Further that once a listing is placed in our
local MLS there are no refunds or charge backs allowed.
Corrections to mistakes made by us will be worked on but there
is no guarantee that we will be able to control the outcome in
Realtor.com. If for
some reason we can not provide service due to cancellation of
Realtor.com, refunds will be based on a prorated amount based
on a total of 4 months. The Listings are for 5 months or if
house is sold prior to that time frame. Each additional month
after the 5th month would be$20 dollars a month. Pictures must
be sent as soon as possible. If there is a delay in your
pictures to us, then this could equal a delay in your listings
on the sites mentioned above.
To have a property listed
in Realtor.com the property must first be listed with a
Realtor. Prestigious Homes Realty in Florida will list your
property as a Limited Service listing and pay a commission of
$10.00 dollars to any Realtor who sells your home. Below is a
short MLS listing agreement for our local board.
1.)
This agreement is between Prestigious Homes Realty a Florida
Real estate Broker and Property Owner(s) named in the Property
Input Form as the Seller(s). 2.) The Seller(s) desire to list
his/her property for sale in the Florida as a
Limited Service listing in the (MLS)
multiple listing service which will then trigger the listing
in Realtior.com in the state and zip code that the property is
located in. Prestigious homes Realty will be listing the
Property in the Regional MLS (in Florida) and be offering a
$10.00 fee if an agent from Florida sales your home.
Prestigious Homes Realty will pay the $10.00 fee, at no extra
cost to the seller.
3.) The Listing price of the property
and all improvements that are offered for sale shall be listed
in the Property Input Form and the seller has the sole
responsibility of the listing price.
4.) Seller agrees to
give notice to Company within 24 hours of the date when a
contract is executed and becomes a pending sale and the date
when the property closes. The failure to do so may result in a
possible fine to the Company, which will then be charged to
the Seller. 5.) Seller agrees that under the Fair Housing Act,
Seller may not ask or expect the sale of Seller=s property to
be restricted according to race, color, creed, religion, sex,
handicap, familial status, age or national origin. 6.) The
person submitting electronic signature to this agreement
warrants and represents that he/she is authorized to enter
into this agreement. 7.) Seller has fully reviewed this
agreement and warrants the accuracy of all information
submitted on the Property Input Form. Seller agrees to
indemnify and to save and hold harmless the Company and those
relying on information contained in this agreement for and
against damages resulting from any inaccuracy and/or the
Sellers failure to disclose any information.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FLORIDA LAW
REQUIRES THAT REAL ESTATE LICENSEES PROVIDE THIS NOTICE TO
POTENTIAL SELLERS AND BUYERS OF REAL ESTATE.
You

represents you unless you agree to engage a real estate
licensee in an authorized brokerage relationship, either as a
